What exactly is the Sanctuary Lakes Resident Association Advisory Council

In March 2007 all of the active Body Corporate Committees that constitute and represent Sanctuary Lakes agreed to group together to form a new democratically appointed Residents Council which then elected and empowered an SLRA Advisory Executive to act on its behalf. This non constituted body replaced the Developer appointed Residents Consultative Committee but it also has no administrative powers as these are all contained within the two Developer controlled entities being SLRA Ltd and SLCL Ltd. Therefore the Executive has neither a formal constitution nor any direct administrative power and its strength is contained in the united will of the individual Bodies Corporate as the major stakeholder in the Estate, >60%, to act as one in representing the interests of Residents in all forums and at all times.
